Holiday Cheeseball (Bacon)- Serves 10
2 packages cream cheese, room temperature
1 large package of real bacon bits
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese and half of the bacon bits. Add Worcestershire sauce a little at a time, until the cheeseball is a light tan. If it appears too runny, add a bit more cream cheese to get it to a sturdy consistency again. Form the cheeseball into desired shape on your serving tray or plate. Top with remaining bacon bits. Wrap in aluminum foil or plastic wrap, chill. Serve with crackers or chopped vegetables.
