Holiday Cheeseball (Ham & Onion)- Serves 10
2 packages cream cheese, room temperature
2 bunches of green onion, diced, using part of the green stalk
1 package deli ham, thinly sliced in strips
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Separate the ham, reserving enough to cover finished cheeseball. Set aside. Chop the rest into bite size pieces. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, onion, and chopped ham. Add Worcestershire sauce a little at a time, until the cheeseball is a light tan. If it appears too runny, add a bit more cream cheese to get it to a sturdy consistency again. Form the cheeseball into desired shape on your serving tray or plate. Top with remaining ham until cheeseball is completely covered. Wrap in aluminum foil or plastic wrap, chill. Serve with crackers or chopped vegetables.
