Egg Salad

Egg Salad- Serves 8

12 eggs, boiled and peeled
1 small onion, diced
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon celery seed
2 stalks celery, diced small
Salt and pepper, to taste

In a bowl, slice up eggs. We like ours more chunky, but for smooth egg salad, use a mixer or food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well, add salt and pepper to taste.
