Cold Tuna Noodle Salad- Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients:
8oz elbow macaroni, boiled, drained, and chilled
3 cans tuna fish, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
3 stalks celery, chopped, including leaves
1 medium onion, chopped
2 teaspoons celery seed
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Mix ingredients together, incorporating well. If mix is too dry for your taste, you can add a little more mayonnaise. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
