Coleslaw- Serves 6 to 8

1 head of cabbage, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped finely
1/2 large carrot, shredded
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon celery seed
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Chill. When ready to serve, if still dry, make 1/2 batch of the sauce and add until the coleslaw reaches your desired consistency.
