Chocolate Cake- Diabetic Friendly

Chocolate Cake- Diabetic Friendly- 8 to 10 servings.

1 oz cocoa powder
1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/3 cups water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup Splenda, plus 2/3 cup honey
2 1/4 cups flour

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 9×13 inch pan. To a large mixing bowl, add Splenda, to wet ingredients, beat at high speed for 3 minutes, until nice and light. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients. Add flour alternately with the water to the base mixture in four additions, beating well after each addition. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool.
