Amish Cinnamon Bread

Amish Cinnamon Bread- 2 loaves

1 cup softened butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice
4 cups of flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 2 loaf pans. Mix vinegar or lemon juice into milk, let sit a few minutes. Cream butter, sugar, and eggs together. Add milk, flour, and baking soda. Fill each pan 1/4th full, then sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture over top of the dough. Top with remaining dough, sprinkle with remaining cinnamon and sugar mixture. Swirl with a knife. Bake for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
