Easy Peanut Butter-Chocolate Fudge
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup milk
3 oz unsweetened chocolate, broken into pieces
1 cup marshmallow creme
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Line a 9 inch square pan with aluminum foil. Butter or spray with Pam. In heavy 3 quart saucepan, stir together sugar, milk, and chocolate. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Boil, without stirring, until mixture reaches 234 ° on candy thermometer. Remove from heat. Add marshmallow creme, peanut butter, and vanilla. Stir until just blended. Pour into prepared pan, cool until firm. Cut into squares, store in an airtight container.
