Mom’s Sweet Cornbread

Mom’s Sweet Cornbread- Serves 6 to 8

2 boxes Jiffy Corn Bread mix
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon oil

Mix the cornbread according to directions on box. To the batter, add 1/4 cup sugar. Spoon into a hot cast iron skillet. Add a tablespoon of oil on top of the batter. Sprinkle some sugar over the top. Cook until golden brown, or as directed on package. Serve hot.
