Mandi’s Tuna Salad- 2 servings
1 can tuna in water
1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon celery seed
2 teaspoons sweet relish
4 pieces of bread or 1 package crackers
Toast bread, if desired. Mix tuna and mayonnaise. Start with less mayonnaise, add a little more if it seems too dry. Once desired consistency is reached, add onion, celery seed, and sweet relish. Adjust ingredients to your personal taste. Spread a generous helping on toast or crackers, and enjoy.
